For thousands of years, all over China, people have practiced the healing exercises of T’ai Chi and Qi Gong. These arts consist of smooth, precise movements and focus on weight bearing, balance and breathing. They are useful for young and old, healthy and physically fragile alike.

Qi Gong is easy to learn and each lesson is complete in itself. Currently we teach a free drop-in class in Qi Gong at noon on the second Sunday of each month at the Unitarian Universalist Meeting House of the South Fork at 977 Bridgehampton-Sag Harbor Turnpike. A weekly classis available at Joshua’s Place in Southampton as well as a class at the Southampton Hospital Wellness Center. Call us at 631-537-8163 for more information.
